That's a US model thing. It indicates a high temp for the catylitic converter. When these cars were sold here you could still get leaded regular (87oct R+M/2) and I THINK it was expected that there would be miss-fueling (leaded gas in a car with a cat). As I understand, when you put leaded gas in to a cat equipped car you end up with really high exhaust temps from the cat getting plugged with the lead.

Mine also came with 2 side mirrors on each side, but thats it lol.
