I've looked in the manual but don't see where the location is for relay for the fuel pump. It's sticking closed not allowing the fuel pump to stop running.
Now that I'm thinking about it, is the relay mearly the flapper valve for the AFM ?
Thanks,
Merril

Re: Fuel Pump Relay Location for 89 Milano Verde ?
No the fuel pump relay is the L-Jet double-relay at the firewall in the vicinity of the coolant bottle. It is behind the "cover" hanging off the cowl. The AFM provides input to the double relay (so does ignition switch).

Merril, these double relays in Oz are worth an arm and a leg. It's worth gently pulling them apart and clean the contacts with some 400 grade paper and putting it back to see if it cures the problem. It did in mine.
