Niell,Been chatting to Andrew here..I believe the whole inner fender of the car rusts away! Apparently you open the bonnet/hood and you look at the road!

Thanks Guys!,
Wheels are 17 inch, 9J! Barracuda split rims ( searched a long time for 3 liter type), tyres are 235's on a 40 profile.
As for Cape Town, it sleeps under a blanket and only comes out to play on weekends!.
