What Grease?

Hi ,firstly many thanks to everyone who posts on here as you have made my first ever driveshaft removal very painless thanks to your tips!! I have 2 Alfa 75 3.0v6 one I use as often as I can and one a project left hand drive one I bought cheap.
The driveshaft is out of the Red one I use regularly, it had lunched it front donut. I am also replacing the rear gearbox bush and rear engine bush.
So its due to go back in now as the new parts have arrived, but I notice in the middle of the drive shaft on the bush there is a thick red brown grease.
So I want to pack some more, what is the correct type to use? Also where else should I be adding the grease, at both ends??
