Some of us have more then one gearbox. I think I have about four, three of them working and with different ratios.

xrad.
Be sure to go genuine with these seals. I recently replaced a set on one of my boxes. They need to be of the right material to deal with the heat from the brakes. I think they might be made of a Viton material but not certain.Any old seal of the correct size wont do. They are also not cheap !!

Re: Need a parts number
The material could very well be Viton for those seals. The best seals for crankshafts and camshafts are also made of it.
A Viton seal is up to 5 times more expensive as a NBR seal. But the dealer price is even more expensive.
I work at a industrial wholesaler (we sell everything for industrial use, bearings, seals, tools...) and i can get most seals from our supplier for very good prices... But only if they are a normal size... Rear crankshaftseal on the v6 is a strange size, got that at the dealer and paid 22 euro's for it, front seal was a normal size and cost me 1,50 euro.
