E-85 and L-Jet

Is anyone running E-85 and L-Jet on a 2.5 V6?
Wondering how much work needs to be done, there seems to be some info on AlfaBB for 164 motors onward but nothing on the earlier motors.
I'm thinking injectors with 30% increased flow rate and a wide band O2 sensor to monitor mixture. At this stage I don't want to update the ECU.
Any thoughts guys?
