If you have ever fitted an after market ECU to your street car or a race car and kept the original electronic Alfa tacho that was previously driven off the coil negative circuit only to find that it now doesn't work ?
Well, rescue is at hand. Try this simple gem of a circuit courtesy of Motec Australia.
Hint, if you pull the relay apart and disable the contacts, it wont rattle when its working. Its only the coil that is necessary.
