I´m going to explain this a little more
I want to make upshift from 1 to 2 faster, there are 2 ways, new syncros, or make the revs go from 6500 to near 4000 faster !!
So the question is, what is the best way to slown down the engine faster? Cut fuel? Cut ignition? more Vacuum?
I was thinking on something like less aire intake, no ignition and a little fuel, all trought Megasquirt, a Quickshift setup.

You're all forgetting something essential here!
You don't need to slow down the engine to the new rpm. IF the clutch disengages 100% you could as well change with WOT. I also do this frequently when I need maximum acceleration.
What you need to slow down are the clutch disk(s), gearbox main shaft with gears and the gears of the layshaft.
If your clutch doesn't disengage you also partly need to slow down flywheels like mentioned before.
So, solutions:
Good synchros
Race clutch disk. Light + stiff (axially). Preferably smaller diameter than OE (5.5" or 7.25")
Lighten gears
