Hello
I'm missing a little help and guidance to the injection on my alfa V6 12V engine.
I am by building a Savali engine to be 3.3 in bore!
It is with 98mm pistons and race conrods, the crank is balanced with new Aluminum flywheel.
It will be fitted with copper headpasket, and new bearings all around.
Heads renovated and dug with Vax 48mm intake and 41.14 mm valves with 7mm strain.
Cams is CB 11.4 in lift.
Management will be electromotive Tec-2.
What I lack is fuel intake and throttleboddies, I have seen AHM with 6 boddies, think they look good.
What would you suggest?

I am looking for max performans:)
What about Beninca, has some tried there Injectors aim straight down the ram tubes??
and Glenwood??

I know the injector squirting down the ram tube is how it's done in the Australian V8 Supercars. Probably in F1, too.
For a normally aspirated engine that you're seeking max performance, this system would have to be seriously considered.
Nice work so far.

Be sure you you have sufficient piston to valve clearance based on your lift and the apparent standard pistons when assembled.

Your ITBs should be at least 48mm ID or slightly greater.

Don't overlook reconditioning your oil pump.

Be sure your radiator core is in good and clean condition etc.

Hello MD
I have put in the oilgear for a 164 that runs half time faster, and ofcourse new pump.
i have put i together with out the headgasket and there are still valve clearance, the cuts in the pistons is big so there is no problem!!
Radiator GTV6 i have made with extra core line to give more cooling.
The pistons i found in a old alfa 90 here from Denmark and has i know where the only Savali running in Denmark.
The car had shift hands more times and the seller that i bought it from had it damage with a small fire in the enginebay. But he did not know what Savali was so i paid him 200Euro:)
The piston is 98mm in a 2,5 block giving 3,1.
The piston are Cosworth made and is stamp with Savali mark.
I would go a little longer and get a little more cubic and had a 3.0 block drilled to go for 3,3, it where not cheap!!!
So now i have the block perfect and need fuel intake.
i have play with the idea fuel from a 164 to hold the injectors and pipes from 164 Q4 in to a airbox in both sides, but have not find it good enough. One standart thorttle body aside.
I have a feeling i need to buy a set to this engine there is working and then i can foul around on another engine with my own design.
