Wow, that's exciting. Everything I can see in the picture looks good.

Michael, these guys made this kit themselves. It's not from me. I did send them some early prototype pieces to act as a general guideline, however every piece in thier kit is unique. They are using a MP90, Gotech and a huge air to air intercooler. With 8psi that car should put out around 275-280 rwhp.

Greg,

Do you think my engine can handle about 5 psi of boost? I'm worried about the stock rods. The compression is 10.5:1. Right now I can beat an Audi TT 225 and Volvo 850R Wagon (probably an Auto as it didn't seem as quick as the TT225). I can't imagine what it would do with an S/C.

BTW, I'm also passing the word around here (Ipoh, Malaysia).

Got one of the doors finished tonight with the carbon fiber skin. Hopefully now there won't be a torrent of water flowing into the cabin. And it looks pretty neat.

I'm talking about CF door panels. I was wondering if vacuum bagging or autoclave (I think this is totally out of the question for DIYers) will help make it look better.

Making your own CF sheets is very boring and potentially hazardous (epoxy sucks), buying flat sheets is not that expensive.

Zamani-

We had a roll of carbon fiber fabric donated to the club, so we bought some general resin (not epoxy) because we didn't need a lot of strength in this application. We used a special (perfectly flat) table to lay down the pieces of carbon fiber then put on the resin by hand. Let dry 48 hrs, peel them off, cut to shape (this was time consuming), and screw them on.

The panels are perfectly flat, so I'm not sure why they look wavy to you.

Those door panels look nice.

Zamani, if you keep rpm below 6500 and use water/meth injection 5 psi would be no problem for your motor. Without water injection it will probably suffer from detonation.
