159 brakes on my 75?

My brakes on my 75 2.5 V6 are under all critics. How much work is there to put new front calipers from a 159 jtd? 4-piston brembo :twisted:. I assume an adapter has to be made to fit the calipers. But is it possible? Anyone tried something similar?
