does anyone out there have any photos, specs or information about what brakes the factory race cars used? in fact any information regarding brakes used in competition when these cars were current?
im trying to work out what mods i can make, but still keep my car within the classic rules i wish to run under here in NZ!

any help would be great!!

Here's a picture of the Dulux GpA GTV6. Some more info can be found at http://www.malvern-group.com.au/dulux/

Scott Farquharson- the owner of the car is registered on the forum but I haven't seen him post in ages.

Cheers, Scott

the 75 group a car that ran here in australia used 4 piston brembos. i think piston sizes are roughly 38mm. and cater for a pretty large disk.

Patzo,
do you have any disc diameter info? i have some non original 12" rotors that i really want to run if i can!!

i actually have a prop shaft with uni's!!
it came from a race car that was written off in spectacular fashion! i bought the shell with suspension, brakes and a few other bits!
i can take pics of the shaft for you if you want!!
im told it was developed with the help of a guy who was involved in preparing the south african racing V6's. by all accounts it worked really well!

I would really appreciate it if you could post some close up details of the driveshaft including some specs of it in terms of dimensions.

However I would also suggest posting the info in the correct section and not here. Thanks.
