Pardon my ignorance, but can this setup be used on my 87 Milano/75 3.0 Verde? I was thinking about using ITB's but maybe these instead???

You need the 3.0 South African or Alfa Six carbed heads to use this. The intake ports of those engines have the correct angles and bolt spacing for the carbs.
