2.5 liter bored 1.0mm oversize. Custom Venolia Pistons. Compression ratio limited by SCCA at 10.0 to 1. Very lightweight with small piston ring groves to accept Total Seal Rings. Lightened flywheels with aluminum crank pulley. Complete assembly balanced and gasket matched. Head machined to accommodate Colombo Cams with .450 lift. Heavy Duty Isky valve springs are installed.
Large fuel injectors with Simple Digital System (SDS) programmable fuel injection. Crank fire ignition system (no distributor) also programmable with the SDS system. It uses an easy to use and included programming controller, no computer required. Three coil packs provide power. Installed wide band oxygen sensor with an on dash digital readout for exact tuning. The car is completely rewired using the best available materials (wires, switches, relays and sensors). Starter and alternator are recently remanufactured.
A Vick Autosports racing Header is installed. The exhaust exit pipe is switchable from side to side depending on where Track sound control is located. Air intake uses silicone hoses with a K&N free flow filter. K&N coolant catch tank with breather is also installed.
Engine is cooled with a modified factory radiator but a new custom built three row aluminum radiator is included but not installed. The car has a front mounted oil cooler and all lines are Aeroquip steel braded with AN fittings. Oil pressure is maintained by a three quart Accusump with remote valve control. Engine functions are monitored by a Stack tachometer, Pro Comp oil temp, oil pressure and water temp gauges. An Autometer chipped rev limiter is installed and includes a variety of replaceable chips. Ignition is controlled by a Longacre Ignition Panel. Remote battery in full containment box.

Drive Line:
Everything is lightened and balanced with new flex discs (some spare flex discs are included). The differential contains a recently rebuilt Milano Limited Slip unit. The gear box is a modified Milano Verde unit with lightened gears built by Garcia Alfa Racing. But the best parts are still in a box and will be included. There is a brand new never assembled Bacci Romano close ratio gear set. The set includes all the parts necessary (gears, synchros, forks, bearings, shift rods and gears) to assemble a great close ratio box. The 1 through 5 ratios are 14/36 - 17/31 - 22/31 - 27/31 and 25/25. A complete GTV-6 gearbox (to be used as the donor box for the Bacci Romano gear set is also included) Lightened flywheel and single disc Milano clutch set-up is installed.
The brake pads are Ferodo 3000 racing pads (spares are included). Heavy duty torsion bars and rear springs are controlled by Koni Sport adjustable shocks. Four Team Dynamics 15 x 7 Pro Race wheels mounted with 9” Hooser Slicks. (Two new & two one race old). Four Voxx 15 x 7 race wheels with mounted Hoosier Racing Rain Tires, and four GTV6 Mags with mounted tries for trailering. All the suspension pick-up points are either urethane or spherical bearings. Handling is phenomenal!

Driver Comfort & Safety:
Full 8 contact point 1.75” roll cage with drivers side Nascar bars, expertly welded. A Fuel Safe 12 gallon fuel cell is installed in the rear luggage area and separated from the driver by an aluminum full containment surround. A five pound automatic fire system is installed. The seat is a top of the line Ultra Shield Light Weight Road Race with driver’s halo. A Cool Shirt driver cooling system is installed complete with driver’s shirt, tanks, pumps and quick release fittings. Seat belts are G-Force Pro five point Cam Locks, FIA and SFI approved. Driver’s side window net installed. Momo quick release steering wheel.

Body:
Full fiberglass flared front fenders, flared fiberglass rear partial fenders. Fiberglass front hood and read hatch. Rear hatch and rear side windows are light weight plexi-glass. Front valance and upper nose piece are fiberglass. The piece under the front valance (to keep air from going where you don’t want it) is carbon fiber. Longacre interior and carbon fiber exterior mirrors. Car completely loaded with driver weighs less than 2,300 pounds.

Only three races in its full E-Production SCCA configuration. Current SCCA log book. Built with the best of everything. Over 40k invested.
