There is what appears to be a reasonably clean red 1986 GTV6 with tan leather upholstery up for auction on Ebay. The car is in Georgia, but the seller claims to have bought it in El Cajon (San Diego), California.

The seller claimed that the engine was completely rebuilt 25k miles ago, but then later clarifies that this was the "claim" of the 1st owner, and that there are no receipts/documentation that such work was ever done. The current seller doesn't know whether the car has a hydraulic or mechanical timing-belt tensioner.
It will be interesting to see what it goes for. As of today there are 4 bids, the latest being $2550. The "buy-it-now" price is $4,000. The auction ends on September 12th.
There is also another '86 GTV6 on Ebay, which was used as a business vehicle for a performance shop, and is plastered with advertising, and as such is not "clean".
