Was not sure if the strange looks we got from other motorists was because there were no doors bumpers or hood OR because this was a CARBI gtv
. Being big learning curve these carbs always something to catch you out . This time it was the studs that hold the air box down . These studs must be specific length others they incroach directly into air passage 20 mm below .
This car has been repaired it's getting the lightweight fiberglass treatment ( disposable panels )
