GTV6 2.5 group A rallycar

Dear fellow alfistis,

I want to return after 17 years of absence from rallying. I am fancy about Alfa Romeo and the rally Tour de Corse, which I have enjoyed as spectator in twenty years. For me it's obvious that my comeback should be in a replica of the Yves Loubet driven Rothmans sponsored car from Tour de Corse 1986 (see picture).

It would be quite "easy" for me to built a kind of clubracer and drive that in the national serie, as I wouldn't have to follow the homologation papers that strictly. However I want my project to follow the group A homologation papers (#5135 from April 1st 1983).

Hopefully you guys can help me kickstarting the project !

1) I want to find a suitable donor for my project, preferable a car from EU, best would be from Spain, Portugal, Italy or France.

2) I want to buy all the parts, either used or in new condition.

3) I would be extremely happy to learn as much as possible about the project, hence avoide too many mistakes.

Thanks in advance

MO

Hello.
Here the perfect project.
A gtv6 with clutch problems in Malaga (south of Spain and a very dry climate zone)
At 800 € the price is very tempting.

I live at 1000 kms. from Malaga, if it was not the case the car would be in my garage now
Greetings.
