O2 Sensor

Does anyone know how to set up the O2 sensor for use with GoTech? I bought and installed the generic 4 wire Bosch sensor that Gotech reccommends. The settings are totally confusing to me. The Gotech o2 manual just adds to my confusion. Can someone help me?
