go tech trimmer pot

hey to all, i just need some info on what type of pot is used on the go tech pro x. i broke one of mine the other day when i was fitting the ecu. to be exact its the (ignition trimming pot), do know if its different to the fuel pot, but its stuffed. does anyone know what kind it is? eg. how many ohms, type o pot and so on..
