Is this liner NFG

Sorry for the blurry pic but notice the marks on the sealing face.
You can feel them with your nail so I guess they're a couple of thou deep.
Is it a throw away job or can I fix it?
It would be a pity to just junk it as the liners are in such good condition with the hone marks still visible all round.
