I forwarded that link on to few of my petrol head mates . It’s so i formative if that’s what you call it ...mind boggling . Atleast these days you have 3d printing to make the sand box for the castings, that must save huge amount of hours.

Names I grew up with mentioned here, Patrick Tambay, Alan Jones. I missed the days of Arnoux, Alboreto, Cheever, Patrese, Piquet, Rosberg, Teo Fabi, etc. I remember Osella was running an Alfa engine and was always near the back of the pack :) They could have used a BMW engine and be at the front..but they decided to learn the hard way... kind of like us haha. These days I think F1 is overrated.
