The WTF wheel adapter. 4x100mm to 5x98 wheel adapter

Which joker would buy an adapter to fit 5x98 wheels onto a 4x100 hub? Going from half a million wheel choices to 2.

on the pic they are no way 4x100 to 5x98, maybe to 5x112 yes. Holes for 5x are on bigger diameter.
