Here's some pics of my 1985 GTV6 with it's new Glenwood Motors engine. Needs a bit more mapping of part throttle but really sweet when above 4000 rpm....

Next step is to get rid of the restrictive standard 2.5 exhaust.....

What kind of rpm limit ?
Man, I've got heaps of questions for you. Please, please, more details please.

SydneyJules, the wheels looks to be Zender Milano.
I think they are 7x17.

Previously I didn't like these wheels, but they look great on this GTV6.
Are the center of the wheels painted in the same color as the lower part of car? Polished lip?

The wheels really look good, somehow the don't look quite original....

Hi Guys,

The wheels are custom billet wheels from the SZ (ES 30) design. The fronts are 16 x 7.5 and the rears are 16 x 8.5. Currently running Toyo T1-R tyres, fronts 205/50/16 and rears, 225/45/16.

Daniel, the headers are from Dawie and are ceramic coated. Beyond that, it's just hooked up to the current 2.5 stock system with a rear ansa twin tip muffler. Too restrictive especially the middle muffler with the pressed tube going under the dedion triangle. Hopefully will upgrade to a 2.5 or 3 inch system soon. I can't remember what it's rpm limiter is set at but no advantage gain running past 7000 rpm... power curve starts to taper.

Bernard, I still haven't got it running smooth and initial to part throttle is very jerky at times. Hopefully will get that sorted out soon. How's yours? I have to get the vacuum line re -routed to near the throttle body as it's running MAP on the Gotech. Shits me badly when applying initial throttle as it hesitates a split second...

Jules, I am in Perth, Western Australia.

Dan, the centre of the wheels are silver - was going to paint it the same as the lower part but I think the silver gives it a slight contrast. Will post a pic of the wheel soon.

Cheers

At first I thought they where 164 Q4´s wheels but those have a different ET.

I wonder how these would look on my 75 Stradale...

Brian,
Has the engine got stock internals? Are they the large diameter intake runners ?
I'm just trying to get some idea of what I can expect from mine when I finally get it together. I was hoping to get a rear wheel figure like yours.
