Looks like polished Ronal Turbo rims.

Yes you're right, they are Ronal Turbo 7x15" wheels that received
a polished finish and a larger outer rim section, just like the yellow
Giulietta with the Ronal A1, they measure right now 9x15 in the
back and 8x15 up front.
