You can see my camera mount in the pics, it's on the diagonal pipe in the cage. Makes a pretty perfect mount for evaluating the flow. :)

The rear flange has arrived.
Some rust from the spark erosion, this is an actual part from an existing car modified to fit the Alfetta clutch axle. The center that is welded in is from an old alfetta tripod.

Hey Mats, I only just caught your video. Nice Work! I think the prick in the 75 seriously brake tested you dude and while you can choose to take or leave advice from the other side of the world based on one video, but I'd move your seat a bit closer to the wheel (if you can) which will make staying ontop of that high speed oversteer ( ) little easier. I can see why you want the turbo now though...

Thanks guys. :)

The camera angle/lens makes it look like I'm sitting far from the steering wheel but in reality I'm quite close to it. The loose rear has been given attention and hopefully the chassis is better balanced now (new springs/AR-bars all around this year).

The brake check thing was quite a suprise when it happened but When I looked through the film I noted that he actually drives that way all laps. :?

yeah, you had a lot more corner speed through there and therefore a big closing speed into the next braking zone - good to watch!

Well it's a standard NTN CV-joint, probably is in place on quite a few cars actually.

Working on a new manifold design, the last model somehow got corrupted.
This one is however created using some actual scan data of the head and turbo placement as worked out in the car. So this one I'm putting much mor effort into getting compact.

Nice to be able to pack check before you actually are halfway through the build. Runners for #1 and #4 are just quick jobs, #1 will be made shorter and #4 will need to change due to the shape of #3.

Hoperfully I will be able to close the hood too! :wall:

Here we go, this will have to do.

And it even fits towards the head alright.

Lenghts (in the cad) was 511.4 - 507.3 - 493.4 - 503.5. You can probably optimize that further if you're in the mood but today shape goes before theoretical length. :)
I'm happy anyway.

What kind of head is that? Engine looks Nord but thathead looks quite different to what I'm used to.
Nice smooth flowing runners but will it fit the engine bay? Looks like the turbo will come out pretty far from the engine.
My turbo is very close to the engine and it is still only just clearing the body...

Maybe it's a size thing? 8) :D
