Hey all,
Here are a couple pic's of the car. Close to 95% complete. I just need to wrap a few things up.
I've got a few images of what it looked like before on my phone...i'll see if i can pull them off this week! But I think you can get an idea of how bad this was when i got it by just looking at the hood.
Here's the list of suspension upgrades
Bilstien's Rear
Koni Adjustable Front
IAP Lowering Springs
Castor Rod Replacement
Poly-Bushings
SZ Dedion Bushing
It's 84 with 84,000 on the chassis and 30,000 on the motor. Next up is seats, and wheels and tires!

I found some of the before pics....so here they are! It's amazing how much body putty there was on this car...

I notice that you have fitted the above. I have tried this mod, and was highly impressed by the tightness it introduced to the handling.
The big down side, that I found was that I suffered horrible clunking as the drive line "took up the slack". On removing the solid joint the problem went away.
So, do you suffer the same, or do you think my joint was badly installed or perhaps damaged?.

I can't say that I have experienced the same. I love how tight the handling is, amazing! I could only guess your issue must have been from improper installation.
I'm really not sure...what that clunking could have been. Could it have been a dead shock as well? Maybe it was just installed incorrectly...its hard to say. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

My understanding is the ES30 bushing is a once a year replacement item. And it's a bitch of a job.
I went with the poly bushing which is about 80% as effective, nice and quite and will last forever. Available from Performatek (www.performatek.com)
YMMV
