Having trouble PMing. Hit submit and PM's go to 'outbox' and sit there. Then I try to send from outbox and they don't show up in 'Sent'...I don't know if my mail got sent....

This just started happening a few days ago...

the PM's on the outbox are send but not been read from the receiver...

Yep - that is correct.
I sent x-rad a PM to verify this behavior.
