hi,i had some kevlar parts made for my rz.
man is this a complicated thing.it costed a fortune and what i got still needs a lot of attention...BUT VERY LIGHT

Wow! amazing stuff :P didnt think I would see someone does body part out of kevlar, should be extremly expensive isnt it ? Can I ask the costs ? that is a very interesting stuff. :o

I hope your'e planning to use this thread as a way of showing us the progress. I'd love to se how this little project goes. :)

Why are the pics called "Carbon XXX"? ;)

Man you are going to hate working with kevlar after this one, it is an absolute beatch to trim and you can not sand it down or it will turn into yellow "hair".

it is realy nor expensive but because i made moulds and two of all the bumpers, hoods,mudgards and trunklid it costed me about 5250 euro!!now that is much money!!
i hope to sell the doubles so i can recuperate a little money back.
