Paint colour reference
Greetings from Dublin — can anyone tell me the paint reference for the colour on this car? Is it grey? There seems to be a hint of brown or mink in it...

Re: Paint colour reference
Go to this post on the AlfaBB:
http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/anythin ... #post37372
and scroll down to Paint Cross References and to Touch-up Paint and Custom Cans.
The links there will get you to the color chips and codes for GTV6s.
I believe there were several shades of gray used over the years so getting an exact specification for the car pictured could involve more detective work.

Hey MALDI,
Many thanks. About to restore my third GTV6 and looking to get the right colour.
Appreciate your help,
Conor

Remember that the lighting of the car in the picture will have a big effect on how the color is perceived. Best to find a real car with this color and see it for yourself.

Re: Paint colour reference
Hello Conor Clarke, the color you see on the picture is gun metal. It seems green. I do have a dealer prospectus with the same picture(s) and the colornames( no numbers).
I had register again and so seem new on the scene but i am not.
Hopefully this is the info you needed.
Greetings,
Gerhard Netherlands
