Its easy to make these as I have a mould but the problem is the price to export and once again an export license is neccessary. Cost about 800 OZ $ to make. I think tripple that to export. Cost does come down the more you make.

Let me find out this week what it would cost to air freight and also how I will recieve payment as you cant transfer into SA but my family does live in Sydney so we can make alternative arrangements. I will keep you guys posted.

Question - from looking at this original hood it appears that the air inlet really is just for looks as I only see two small holes on the inside of the hood where air could pass ... is that right?

What would the effect be if the hood "really" worked, I think it would let cool air in + a lot of rain I imagine. Could it really be a practical design or really just for looks only.

The Montreal has this type of design but there it really vents into the airbox right?
