Bonnet Prop

Does anyone know where I can obtain the plastic slider (Along the left front edge on the inside of the front bonnet) that holds the bonnet up and keeps it open? I was told they are no longer available and unfortunately, when I got the car painted, it has mysteriously disappeared. Would appreciate any info. on this.

I am afraid you will probably have to make one yourself. They have been sold out for some time, and while there are still some sitting around the odds are you won't find one of them.

Making one is no big deal. If you are at the convention you can see my homemade job.

Let me check some old posts, some one here in the US made them out of Aluminum, I have one as a spare, very nice job, let me see if he still has some.
