B, Maybe I should restrain myself with the downpipe ,85+ is becoming virtually dangerous for the harness and starter motor.I can go with 4" from turb+90 bend vertically and then use a 304 cone to reduce into 3" :? Rethinking bout' the wastegate design I hope I won't be encountering "B...

Thanks Barry, good point, I was trying to cut a twin entrance wastegate flange to position on the inlet ex side but was afraid it would ruin the whole separate inlet idea (as the WG's door itself is 10mm from the flange and gas could go from side to side even when closed. No flexy or slipjoits on thi...

Well, Today I've finished the new intercooler plus air pipes and welding the manifold and wastegate flange:) Tomorrow will try to build a 3.25" downpipe and a separate wastgate pipe that I will dump outside to free air :P . Cheers Barry , that looks like a huge 1,35 A/R T4 turbine housing on yo...

Single Turbocharged 24v

I have removed the twin turbos to clear some room for the AC on my engine and on the way fabricated a new manifold that uses the existing TT 3:1 manifolds for a single turbcharger . It is still too early to say how efficient this system will be and wheather it will defeat the ideal TT setup on the V...

Barry, The front Cross combo worked fine for the past 5 years including vicious 12V turbo engine and the SA 24v TT , I had fitted a new clutch recently plate and he poor bastered got tired I guess. The thing is I have a different type BM donut at the center that absurbs vibrations from the metal to ...

Just like J thought , I think the rears would need a sharper wider line , the front looks terrific, I assume it is hard for people viewing it before painting to see the whole picture, also this fender will definately enable more wheel clearance which is important on the heavily nosed 6ers:) Generally...

Yes , and believe it or not today I'd go with a 3.7 root ,(Stand alone management and throttle bodies of course) plus a front mounted gearbox, probably the Getrag item. The V6+turbo\SC combo on the Alfa engines is mean and brutal ,I recall the 12v with 8:1 pistons and a single turbo tearng 3.0 boxes...
