Re: My .80 A/F Ratio Worth...
(He has some nice shiny new pistons that I personally carried over for him and ask nothing in return for.) That’s the spirit of it! Hi JJ, I'm using Honda bike pistons in my race motor - so I don't know where the Ross pistons went, but not to me, or my motor - but thanks for the gesture. In the ful...

Jes Jes, Yeah, from the Rouse gtv - the front section is out of the car at the moment, I'll post a pic to show clearly. solid front middle and rear, 2 piece, with sliding centre section! H...

By the way; this was Jes' engine... I am slated for an extra 50-75 over that with 12:1 CP, solid lifters and Chrome molly rods...! I thought you had identical motors? Have you sold your 3.7 on, and started with a new one. Have you gone big valve 41mm heads, cam's with race profile from UK, Arrows l...

Hey, thats good power! Should make the 75 a lotta fun. Lets hope the prop can take it......:) Be carefull with adding too much advance. The 12v engines run more advance that the 24's. I wouldn't go over 29 degrees if using on track, just to be safe. At 6000 rpm+ you'll not hear the detonation until ...

JJ thanks for the clarification- so it's easier to go to big bore on the 24v, and the rods and head studs are better- so really, turbo wise, its a good starting point to get hold of one, say as opposed to a 12v 3.0 with higher lift cams, billet rods, big valves, and 7.6:1 pistons already in it?? Th...

Andrew - yep! Drove the current white car with the stock box... Just awesome! 1st, 2nd it would lay-down lines fine, but rolling on the throttle in 3rd or 4th brought on major clutch-slip... Well better that, than the box shi**ing itself! Balance is better too than the Red TT with the M5 front-moun...
