no solution yet. I've had a bit of a set back. Was side swiped last fall and I'm trying to get the body work done.

speedo not working
my speedo (82 gtv6) stopped working. well, it works occasionally. from what i've read its probably the sender in the trans. but the amplifier behind the glove box clicks when ever the speedo is working. is that normal? also i've aquired a 140mph speedo and would like to switch it with my 85mph speed...

cooling system flush
I want to flush out my cooling system as it's been a few years. will the chemical flush products available harm anything? i've done it to several iron block engines but I wasn't sure about the aluminum block.

oil pressure oil cooler
i was reading the thread on oil pressure because i have the same question about hot idle. my gtv6 is at 0 lbs. it drives me crazy! at 3000 rpm im usually around 55 to 75 lbs depending on outside and engine temp.
my question is has anyone tried putting an oil cooler in line? results?

can't get the steering wheel off!

timing belt tensioner
ok, im sure this question has been asked before. i have the standard timing belt tensioner on my 82 gtv6. even after a rebuild it still makes a mess. the engine i had in the car previously had the mechanical tensioner from IAP in it. it seemed to work fine. recently i read somewhere on the web that ...
