the engines are hard to find the quad cams in particular. there simply not that many 164s sold in oz, a 166 front cut is the ideal but they are impossible to find. sorry but you need to add quite a few more thousands to the prices you quoted. think 2-4K for a 12v, 6-8K for a good quad cam conversion...

there is a massive amount of really good info on this in the old forum, look in performance, the subjects called turbocharging and v6 twin turbo are the best ones, IMHO

here we go again, preload vs rmp angles . . . . i agree with mats. preload does effect the amount of lock up, but its not what its intended for. overall lock up is a funtion of preload and ramp angles. however it is the ramp angles that ultimately govern the behavior of the lsd. imho any ramp angle ...
