When running low impedance injectors with the Gotech MFI std ecu I suggest that you split the injectors and run a tp100. Run one set of injectors of the brown/red and the other set of the blue/white. Make sure to set the jumper to the right location.

Hi there The best way to map the vehicle is on a full loading dyno. I like the innovate wide band lambda as it reacts very quickly to small changes. Before mapping the vehicle please do make sure that the timing is matched properly. When I map a vehicle I normally activate all ranges up and then wor...

With the 60-2 wheel at the bottom you can go for the Gotech MFI Pro ecu and just use the distributor to distribute the spark.

The optional output can then be taken straight to the coil -. Just remember that only v4 upwards ecu's ...

On a four cylinder you want a four blade chopper.

The sensor in the dissy posted last allmost looks like a magnetic type pickup. These should be ok as well if it generates enough volts.

If youre running with the MFI then you need to go the route as Andrew explained. Remember to move the jumper setting in the ecu to the correct position when using the optional output. (Blue/white)

Ok I see that you're going to run with the std Gotech MFI v4.

You need a distributor with a 6 blade chopper plate (6 triggers per 360') then it should be good.

Please do check the rotor phasing as explained here

I've found that it is better most of the times to completely pull out the existing engine harness and install the Gotech harness. This will eliminate bad joins and make the engine bay neater as well. On new vehicles we tend to keep the old harness in positon and simply splice in. At the end of the d...
