Wish my engine bay looks as clean and tidy. Long way to go. However I have managed to buy the 75 V6 airbox in menatime. Finally. Will sand blast and paint the unit.

Re: CSC - long primaries
Beautiful car you have. And nice job on the exhaust. Unfortunately I never TIG welded. So will have to rely on local craftsmen. Anyway to my prior experience with the 156 GTA. The sound is great after installing CF2 manifolds and Equal downpipes. Also thank you for the advices regarding installation...

Re: Wheels
Ronals are my long time favourites. EBS sells two version of them. Plain silver and this two tone. While the bottom line is very similar color as the inner of the wheel. Decided to go for these. Hope it will look good. So far only tested on the back. Tires are 205/55 R15. Will measure the weight and...

Re: Cold Air Intake

The car is fitted with a horrible clamp on conical filter https://preview.ibb.co/c23Fmx/gtv6_engine.jpg I bought a very light ITG box several years. Hoped finally have a car it will fit in. While diameter is just right. Unfortuntely there d...

Re: CSC - long primaries
Bought a new CSC stainless exhaust. Even though I have the feeling current is a modified CSC (they made it straight) with a rather ugly CSC backbox. I want to try this setup with longer primaries and a silenced center section (they offer a straight through version as well). Here are some pictures wi...

Re: Radiator size dimensions?
If anyone interested. Custom made aluminium radiators for GTV are available on ebay. Shipped from France. Very reasonable price in my opinion. Just ordered one. https://www.ebay.de/itm/Alfa-romeo-Alfetta-GTV6-Radiateur-refroidissement-alu-cooling-radiator-alloy/263648328340?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%...

Have anyone tried this CSC setup? What do you think of those extra long primary collectors?

Re: 3.0 24V - your suggestions
Thanks Verde. Did you mean this one? - http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/milano-75-1985-1993/192076-more-belt-wrap-12-valve.html Just by watching the video I can say mine sounds very similar. By looking at the bottom. Seems it has the CSC exhaust with all except the rear muffler removed. Yet still not...

Re: 3.0 24V - your suggestions
Been a long time I have started preparing the 3.0 24V for 116 chasis I did not have yet. Although I put it on hold due to workshop construction project. Always thought I will return back to it and I still might. However things have turned different and I'm finally a proud owner of the GTV6. Will nee...

Good choice going back to original color.
Googling for GTV6 1985 gives mostly one color body without plastic bottom as result.

Re: 3.0 24V - your suggestions
Hello Evo. The rings are from another 3.2 engine a friend of mine bought just because of the crankshaft. It was cheaper to by the whole engine. He has actually done the measurements. My 3.0 is still not opened.
Thanks Kevin.

Re: 3.0 24V - your suggestions
Jim, Alain. May I have a question on bob weights? Together with t a friend here we are planning to build a set for different 24V engines we have. Following Jims book there are few things unclear. 1. do you weight the big end with the bearing? 2. What is the typical big end and small end weight on an...
