constantinemacris i'd check the centre bearing too, see if the rubber 'housing' the centre bearing sits in is sagging, can you hear any rattles or bearing noise "whine" at idle?

Damn thats no good :evil: , i hate these "land mine" drivesahfts, one spline out or guibo or balance and you're gone! I was a bit concerned about my clutch assembly when putting the drive shaft back in because the yoke (having replaced the support bearings) seemed to sit a few mm deeper in...

Thanks Michael, its only oil cooled so i'm not really sure of origin, i was told from an audi but ..... Can you explain "clipped" is that a way of triming weight off turbine = faster accel = better respone/driveabily and poss explain...and i guess i'm being very optomistic here explain the...

Thanks Barry Beauty i got a K26 turbo, i think its in good nic, next to no side play and no vertical play...compressor good.....but the turbine could be stuffed, covered in junk and a fair amount of space between housing and blades? Hi all well i removed the driveshaft and ended up rebuilding the whole thing, i intended to replace centre bearing anyway and check double lock nuts etc but those old guibos looked fine but where actually cracked when flexed so i changed them too. Yeah it definately says something about Alfa when a copied shape 10 years later can sell 8)
I saw a honda integra with a spoiler kit and its front bumper/lights where a copy of the new gtv/spider! That was really disapointing :x
