Hey Scott has the cause of that bloody rattle finally broken so you can fix it? or have you had succes with another driveshaft? or another solution found??

You would definately be having a bad day there MD, have you relocated clutch and brake lines out of the driveshaft tunnel and if so any pics, just wondered best way round it. Yep i agree Jes just a matter of time........... trouble is those guibos can look ok on the car because the rubber is compressed a bit making cracking harder to see but if you had one off the car and flexed it a bit in a vice or ya hands you'd see those cracks much better.
