Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)

And today I had enough of the guy who did my engine work. Destroyed a few liners and did nothing according to my specs/wishes even though he said it was no biggie when I left the parts. Now I have to go to another guy and measure everything he actually finished to see it it's within spec. Go...

If you fix your car and go with us to Mantorp (5 of Sept) Iam sure your motivation will come back after a few laps. :P

Re: Niclas Rosengren (Sweden)

Very nice indeed. :) Looks like Johans car was leaking pretty early in the race? At least judging from the first picture in your post. :( "Under minuten" is seriously fast, about 3½ seconds better then my time on a ~1min lap. :wall: Hmm, You are probably right about Johans car. You must h...

Re: Niclas Rosengren (Sweden)

Wow Niclas, that sure is one mean machine! What size cilinders did you use for the brakes. I have a 7/8 for the front and a 3/4 for the back, but wasn't too impressed with the increase in feel or performance (pagid rs4 pads). What type of material did you use for the splitter and does it cover the ...

Re: Niclas Rosengren (Sweden)

Time to do some updating: In our Swedish Alfa Challenge serie we have had races on a track called Ring Knutstorp and on a track called Kinnekulle. Two races on each track. For Ring Knutstorp I had a new lightweigt EVO front on car. This front with a splitter weights only 6 kg. My car worked very wel...

Re: Inline oil coolers..?

Yes, these "oil coolers" are standard on SZ and on 164QV.

I would say that real oil coolers are much better.

Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)

Good idea to take a short and be able to take part in upcoming races.

Looking forward to see your car in action at Knutstorp 28 of June. :P

Bad thing is that we are not in same class. But you will fix this untill next year.

Re: Niclas Rosengren (Sweden)

The rear sway bar is a confusing issue for me as you say you dont have one. Niclas have you tested with one. Why i ask is Ron from RSR says very important to have one on the v6 but deffinately not on the 2.0l. Two chaps here who run highly modified front mount tt gtv's dont run rear sway bar either...
