diff?

if i managed to find a automatic trans from a platinum milano with a LSD will the diff bolt into a 83 gtv6's manual or a 87 milano manual?

I have never actually seen even a picture of the auto box but assuming they re-used the LSD from the manual boxes it's not bolt on into a non-LSD box.
