Hi MALDI, somehow I missed this question earlier. Yes, the L-Jetronic system does have a throttle position switch that does exactly that. The question is, how would it know if your engine has mods? It doesn't so you need another way to add fuel, this product does that. Even if your engine is stock, the stock system doesn't add quite enough, so this mod takes care of that as well.MALDI wrote:Greg,
Doesn't the Jetronic system in GTV6s have a wide-open throttle sensor to enrich the charge?
Does your black box replace or supplement that system?
