I need some guidance fastening a aluminum oil supply fitting to a turbo charger with a steel casing. The application is a buddies 75 turbo. We duplicated the (damaged) oil supply fitting in aluminum (quite simple) and have a AN-4 nipple attached to it. The stock fasteners bolt right through the 1/4" thick aluminum. I would normally use loctite blue to secure the fasteners but the temperatures involved here are way too high. I am concerned that without some locking mechanism the bolts will eventually back out given enough heat cycles. I would consider safety wire but can't do it without involving the oil line. The only other solution I see is changing to studs and double nutting them. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Loctite blue will work perfectly here..the temps are ok for it..
All new Turbonetics Turbo`s are shipped with a filter setup loctited at the bearing housing.
