Notice this car has the slots in the 3.0l bonnet compared to its' 'twin brother' that had a 2.5 bonnet. Will look good once polishing is finished.

Update on 155 3.0 24v. Went onto dyno today 0.5 bar boost with 250 on wheels. My 3.0 24v race car(wild cams) has 140 on wheels on this dyno. Corner weights were done , surprised how heavy it is at 1250kg but then all glass is still in. Sadly even if you gor rid of dedion (replace with ind. susp )to cut weight and remove glass you could save maybe 75kg.
Going to track next week with video camera to get some footage of Domingoes in action in the 155. It will probably be a blur when it comes past me.

Update of 155 twin turbo at Gymkana today. Car handles surprisingly well with little testing. Some pics of two other twin turbo 3.0 12v GTV's that entered as well.

Domingoes(owner) reckons he will have his new smg paddleshift system in soon. He has the BM box ,now he just has to create a software programe which he says is not to difficult(gues not for someone who makes the gotec system).

Is it open between the driver and the engine in the 155?

Looks like a challenge to take engine out, or is it mounted on a subframe that drops out the bottom?

I always liked the looks of the 155, particular thhe widened track version from 1995 onwards.

Jes, the engine compartment is closed off. The 155 was taken out for some road testing today after some more mapping and upping boost to .8 bar. Pity the roads were slightly damp so there was a lot of wheel spin when trying out some 1/4 mile times. When downloading data logger the 0-100km was 4.9 secs. The car is pushing over 320kw on wheels at the moment. A new motor for this car is being built as the old one is going into the GTV. Got a 2mm toe out on De dion on left back which is causing a problem when tapping off at 200km. Going to cut with hacksaw and reweld. Its good to see a project done so quickly but its only the start as all the fine tuning on suspension stil to come. Most projects lie in a heap for years and then get scrapped.
Sadly the big twin turbo GTV project has been on hold as the owner (Domingoes brother) got hit by a car and broke his back in two places. This was in 'safe' public enviroment wh ich shows you dont have to race to endanger yourself.
