Hello...and a question (of course...)

Hi All,
I've finally made my way over here, although I am somewhat of an interloper as I don't have a transaxle car....it's the V6 that brought me here. If I think I've got anything of interest to add, I'll do so...but I'll try to keep the gratuitous BS to a minimum
Anyway....I've had a good old read of quite a few of the threads on here and most are fascinating/informative.
One thing that I'd like to track down if I can - I saw a reference to Jims method of re-torqueing cylinder heads on the V6 (and others no doubt) but despite extensive searching, I can;t seem to find it. Could some kind soul point me in the right direction please?
