Removing Milano Corner Lamp

Post by bmacf »

Hey there, I've got a replacement corner lamp for my milano, but can't figure out how to remove the old one. Anybody know how to do that, do I have to remove the headlamp?

Don't want to break any of these hard to find parts.

Thanks,

Bill-
You do have to remove the headlamp and its frame, as the corner light is attached to the frame by screws from the rear. If you haven't figured it out , I'll remove one of mine this afternoon and post the details as I have a corner lamp to replace also.

Thanks Jeff for the clue, and I've figured out how to remove the headlamp frame. You remove the grill cover and that reveals 2 bolts. There is a 3rd bolt inside the engine bay between the headlamp and corner lamp. Once the 3 bolts are removed and the bulbs detached, you can pull out the headlamp and replace the corner lamp.

Ofcourse I managed to lose one of the clips for the headlight position bolts...grrrr.
