see driled plate on lower A arm ... attachment point of AR bar links ..
close to inner end of A arm -> less travel of link-> "less stiffnes"
close to outer end of A arm more travel-> more ARbar twist
sorry but english is farrr from my native language :lol: and hard to explain tech things :?

That was clever, better than welding on a part made to bend :)

Is it a problem that the lower attachment of the link in this set-up is in single shear?

Is anyone using the RS rear 3 position adjustable rear bar with his front bar? If so, what size front bar is the best match with his new rear one, the 28mm or 30mm? I have a 3.0 Milano with 27.3 mm T-bars and similar rate rear springs and koni yellows.

For the track, I'm sure 30mm is best. I'm wondering about real-world driving though. His rear bar is actually 4 position adjustable BTW.

My roads are pretty good so I'm confident the 30mm won't present a really rough ride.

Just so you know, a 4 cyl Alfetta's front anti-roll bar is 20mm stock, and a 90's is about 22. I measured yesterday.
So going a 27 for 4 cyl would be a huge change anyway.

I'm still de-bugging my car with shankle springs and 28mm front RSR and 26mm rear adjustable RSR bar.

But what I can say for certain is make sure you install re-inforcement plates on the front (for the 75's atleast) and you might want to re-inforce the rear sway bar mounts, where it attaches to the dedion tube. My car has torn up one of the antisway bar mounts and will have to be welded back together. I'll put a picture up soon.

Yes, Performatek sells the reinforcement plates I think.
