Let's look at this tonight over a pint. We seem to do our best thinking in these situations. I'm feeling generous; I'll let you buy.

So, a 1" spacer plus a washer on the tank side should work. At least for 2 of the mounts. I've not seen these with sheetmetal threads, but I'll search around. Excuse my ignorance, but isn't the underside accessible? We could use thread/thread iso mounts, with a nut on the underside. Prob need t...

I tried to follow the url but it doesn't seem to be complete. Can you repost?

I did search the domain for 'Louie' and found 3 rather serious cases!

BTW, still no resolution on the taillight. I look fwd to posting his responses for all to see.

Thanks

Dave

Thanks for the response Jeff. I've bought twice from him, and had problems both times. I contacted him after receiving my latest item; I need to give him a chance to respond. I'm not inclined to share much more info about this yet. However, I will post an update when all is resolved. If all is resol...

Has anyone ever purchased items on e-bay from DeNoya?

Jubilee clips = hose clamps. I'm Irish, so I also forget the isms. Trunk? Hood? Yeah, it was great to run 3 all at once, same night, same dyno. I have driven Sam's. His is a beauty, prob the best cared for higher mileage example you'll ever see. 1st thing I noticed was that his higher tyre pressures...
