Re: Project 2 : front mount SA GTV 3.0 - Sei diff
They add a "snag point" in the exhaust though. Not a problem if they are located near a muffler but you get the point. My different approach to the slip joint rage issue when working on the exhaust on my now dead race car was this: NEVER EVER use a clamp, they deform the joint and cause th...

Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)
Sorry to hear about this. The sadness will pass. Soon you may be a wee bit angry about it, but that will pass. Later, you'll get to "OOOH I get to build that new car!" Scott Fast Forward please... A bump in the road Mats ...granted, a fuckin big one but a bump none the less. Yes, t...

Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)
Strong pictures... The metal frame top left is where we entered the garage, there used to be a wall diagonally down to the middle of the bottom of the picture but it has crubled.. Just left of the middle you can see a 105 Bertone hood quite clearly and a tool chest below it, to the right of the tool...

Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)
Thanks guys. The feeling of emptyness is quite surreal, every five minutes or so I have to stop myself: Ok, drop that problem, the car is gone. Five minutes later, the same thing again. Just now I thought: Hmm, I need to go and get the C-tek for the 155 winter storage... Right, it's gone. :| Just th...

Re: Mats Strandberg (SWE)
Everything except my 155 V6 was inside that fire including some stuff I stored there while moving house.
I'm back to square Zero. 10 years (give or take) of modifications down the drain. Quite a sack of money too.
Time to regroup and think of something else for a while.

I will probably take a break from the board for a while. Not sure for how long but I will probably be back. This is my final pic from my garage: http://media.shootitlive.com/KkSB4XW3NEJxgNDmvZ9ubzR5B6D/1200.jpg?project_id=goteborgsposten/352 They say it started in a company next door but it really d...

Re: Project 2 : front mount SA GTV 3.0 - Sei diff
The novelty I'm sure will wear off soon but I got no choice at the moment . My out door workshop leaks quite a bit and its getting nippy : D but atleast I know I can safely work on the car and the only person I fear while leaning over the engine bay is Jack Frost . :P I got my one car in storage bu...

Re: arrghh! high HC.
Did you recently service the car? If not, do a complete filter change (air, oil and fuel), oil and plugs.
Usually helps a lot, especially if your valve seals are worn.
