Re: Hello from relocation to UK
Man - I'd stay in the UK, weather might be shit, but so close to the rest of europe, more (and better) tracks... There's 3 tracks in QLD - ones a boring as shit paperclip, the other a track that you don't push 100% if you want to keep your car - the third is a 2 1/2 hour drive... That and the modifi...

Re: My rebuild!
So, Jules drove this up to Brizzy - it's quicker than I remember, and i'm seriously impressed with the ride from the RS gear - beautiful ride quality - makes me wish RS did a set for 105s (can't come at the $1000 a corner damper option from AH!) Suspect it's burred the dogs on 1st gear - Jules had t...

Can't help but think a gusset plate across those two braces would make a huge improvement....

164Q 12Valve Squadra chip
Tripped over this while cleaning up the shed - I'd removed it while chasing an issue (chip wasn't the issue!), and then the car went bang and has gone to a new home as a parts car.
Anyway, $300AUD shipped worldwide, or offers.

Re: My rebuild!
Man, I know you love your big wheels on these things, but they look goofy to me! And after running 17s on the 164 every day, I definitely wouldn't be in a hurry to run 18s on our shitty roads.

Re: Back again...
so, the part throttle stumble i'd been chasing - thinking it was due to the previous owner dicking with the AFM spring (which they had) - turned out to be a blowing head gasket that then let go pretty badly. Dodgy temp sender meant i never caught it before it cooked properly. Anyway, it's gone now, ...

Wanted - a single Borgo 1750 or alfetta 1.8 piston
As above, chasing a single 1750 or alfetta 1.8 AE Borgo piston, ideally a new one, or a very low mileage unit.
AE 2925 Casting number inside ideally.
